Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery to West Malaysia, East Malaysia & Overseas (all serviceable areas).
What is the delivery time frame?
Production lead time for customized orders is within 2 - 3 weeks
West Malaysia : Standard shipping within 3-5 days.
East Malaysia : Air freight delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Sea freight delivery time is 14-21 working days.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
The delivery person will contact and inform you before every delivery. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel during the first delivery, courier company will contact you and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If the second delivery failed, you will need to go to the nearest branch to collect your parcel. (Please note that the parcel required two persons to carry and the parcel might not able to fit in normal size of car.)
If you request for third delivery, you will need to pay for additional delivery fees.
Does delivery include assembly of the product?
The Delivery Agents are not required to unpack, assemble or construct Goods as part of the delivery service. All the products can be self-assembled and comes with Assembly Instruction.
Assembly with charges service. We have door to door service, assembly charges will depend on the mirror size and the mirror quantity.
